Other fraud, card-present environment
Visa 10.3 covers fraud where the card was present at the point of sale. The card-absent equivalent, and the one online sellers get, is Visa 10.4.

This code is for a card-present transaction. If you sell online and your processor filed 10.3, ask them to confirm the code before you respond.
Reply to your processor directly with what it asks for. We would rather say that than sell you a document that cannot help.
