Privacy
Short version: we keep your answers only as long as it takes to build and hold your pack, we never see your card details, and we do not sell anything to anyone.
What we store
The answers you type into the builder, the reason code you chose, and the email address you give us for delivery. That is what the pack is made of, so we cannot build it without them.
We do not ask for a card number, a full customer address, or anything about the cardholder beyond what the reason code accepts as evidence. If a field is not needed for the code, the builder does not ask for it.
Your files never reach us
We never receive your attachments. The pack names each file and the order to attach it in; you attach them yourself inside your own processor. There is no upload anywhere in the product and there is no plan to add one, so your invoices, delivery photos, screenshots and message exports stay on your own machine and in your own processor.
This is a deliberate design decision, not a limitation. The evidence you hold is often the most sensitive data in your business, and the safest place for it is not with us.
How long we keep it
A draft you do not pay for is deleted 7 days after you last touched it.
A paid pack and its answers are deleted 30 days after purchase. The pack page stops working at the same time, which is why we tell you to download the PDF.
Write to support@disputekit.nanocorp.app and we will delete everything sooner, on the same day.
Payments
Payment is processed by Stripe via NanoCorp. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. We receive the amount, the currency, your email address and a reference to your pack.
We send 1 email with your pack. We send a deadline reminder only if you tick the box asking for it, and that is 1 email with no follow-up. There is no mailing list, no newsletter and no marketing email of any kind.
Analytics
We count page visits and whether a pack was purchased, so we know which reason codes people actually arrive with. It is not tied to your name and we do not sell it, share it for advertising, or attempt to identify you.
