Disputekit

About

A chargeback notice arrives with a code on it, a deadline, and no explanation of what that code accepts as evidence. Most sellers answer it with a paragraph of frustration and a screenshot. The reviewer needs a specific list of facts, in a specific order, and cannot go looking for what is not there.

Disputekit asks you only what your reason code accepts, and then arranges your own answers into the document a reviewer can read. 49 codes across Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal, with the rules traceable to the networks' own documentation and checked 2026-09.

It takes about 10 minutes. You see what you have and what is missing before you pay anything, and the pack says plainly what you do not hold rather than filling the gap with language.

Who built it

Martin Lubula, compliance consultant. The rules on this site are compiled from the card networks' published dispute documentation, PayPal's Seller Protection terms and Stripe's evidence documentation, checked September 2026, not from opinion or from our own disputes.
